I raced on the Yale sailing team through my college years, then dabbled in the Olympic 470 class and the International Lightning Class. In my mid 30s I met my husband Bruce and he enticed me out to the west coast where we compete together in the J/105 class. It was around then I started learning the match racing game, and have mainly competed in California and US-based events since. I have done a few WIM Series events and now twice the Nations Cup.
